You consent to receive text messages from Property Concierge Group when you text our service line first, when you opt in during onboarding, or when you otherwise provide your mobile number for the purpose of two-way communication about your property. By doing so, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages related to your service, including property updates, vendor coordination, scheduling, operational alerts, and responses to your inquiries.

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, the operational needs at your property, and the nature of your inquiries. You may receive messages at any time, including during evenings and weekends, when operational issues arise.

3.3 Standard Rates Apply

Standard message and data rates may apply. Property Concierge Group is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

3.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying DELETE to any message from our service line to stop all messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may opt back in at any time by replying START. If you opt out of SMS, we may still need to reach you by phone or email for service-related matters.

3.5 Help

3.6 No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information collected through our SMS service, including phone numbers and message content, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers strictly in support of delivering our service is permitted as described in Section 4. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

3.7 Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances.

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors to help operate our platform, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, telephony and messaging providers, and customer support tools. These vendors access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4.2 Vendors Coordinating Property Services

To deliver our concierge service, we may share necessary information (such as tenant first names, property address, or the nature of an operational issue) with vendors we coordinate on your behalf, including locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, lawn care, pool service, pest control, and HVAC technicians. We share only what is needed to complete the task.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Property Concierge Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Property Concierge Group, our customers, or the public.
