1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party platforms you connect to our service, including our partner brokerage, property management systems, payment processors, and publicly available sources. We handle all such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service delivery. To create and manage your account, provide the features and functionality you subscribe to, coordinate with tenants and vendors on your behalf, and process payments.
• Communications. To send you service-related notices, updates, billing confirmations, and responses to your inquiries via email, text message, or phone.
• Platform improvement. To analyze usage trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features that better serve our customers.
• Security and compliance. To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Marketing with consent. To send you promotional content about Property Concierge Group services where you have opted in. You may opt out at any time.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. SMS Text Messaging

When you text our service line or provide your mobile phone number to receive text communications from Property Concierge Group, the following terms apply.

3.1 Opt-In and Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Property Concierge Group when you text our service line first, when you opt in during onboarding, or when you otherwise provide your mobile number for the purpose of two-way communication about your property. By doing so, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages related to your service, including property updates, vendor coordination, scheduling, operational alerts, and responses to your inquiries.

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, the operational needs at your property, and the nature of your inquiries. You may receive messages at any time, including during evenings and weekends, when operational issues arise.

3.3 Standard Rates Apply

Standard message and data rates may apply. Property Concierge Group is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

3.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying DELETE to any message from our service line to stop all messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may opt back in at any time by replying START. If you opt out of SMS, we may still need to reach you by phone or email for service-related matters.

3.5 Help

3.6 No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information collected through our SMS service, including phone numbers and message content, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers strictly in support of delivering our service is permitted as described in Section 4. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

3.7 Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances.

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors to help operate our platform, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, telephony and messaging providers, and customer support tools. These vendors access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4.2 Vendors Coordinating Property Services

To deliver our concierge service, we may share necessary information (such as tenant first names, property address, or the nature of an operational issue) with vendors we coordinate on your behalf, including locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, lawn care, pool service, pest control, and HVAC technicians. We share only what is needed to complete the task.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Property Concierge Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Property Concierge Group, our customers, or the public.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information for purposes not described above when we have obtained your explicit consent to do so.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

• Active customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Owner records, including communications, billing records, and service history, are retained for seven (7) years following the end of the subscription. This retention period reflects tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations.
• Prospect data (information collected from people who inquired but did not become customers) is retained for twenty-four (24) months unless you request earlier deletion or unless we have a legal obligation to keep it longer.
• Tenant communication records related to an active subscription follow the same retention schedule as the Owner's records.
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics data that does not identify any individual may be retained indefinitely.
• Backup copies may persist in routine backup systems for a limited period after deletion from active systems and are overwritten or purged on a regular cycle.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights with respect to your personal information. Property Concierge Group honors the following rights for all customers to the extent practicable, regardless of jurisdiction:

• Right to access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to delete. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Right to portability. Request your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Right to non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will not result in degraded service, denial of service, or different pricing.

6.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you additional rights:

• The right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, and the sources and purposes
• The right to delete personal information we have collected from you
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Property Concierge Group does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.
• The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Property Concierge Group does not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide our services.
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

6.2 Virginia Residents (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you the rights described above, plus the right to appeal a refusal to act on a request. To submit an appeal, email us at hello@propertyconciergegrp.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

6.3 Other U.S. State Residents

Other U.S. states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) have enacted privacy laws granting similar rights. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will only use the information you provide for verification to verify your identity.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and to verify the identity of the person on whose behalf the request is being made.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our platform, remember your preferences, and understand how users engage with our service.

8.1 Types of Cookies We Use

• Essential cookies. Required for the platform to function. Cannot be disabled.

Property Concierge Group cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaims liability for breaches outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 11. International Data Transfers

Property Concierge Group operates in the United States. Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Stripe, our partner brokerage, vendor websites, and others. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect.

• Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting, or contact updates) take effect when posted to our website.
• Material changes, such as new categories of data collection, new sharing practices, or changes that meaningfully affect your rights, will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date.
